Ingredients*:
2 slices of bread
2 – 4 slices of any Fromagerie Fritz Kaiser Raclette cheese (i.e. Classic, Pepper)
2/3 cup pesto
½ of 1 medium tomato
Preparation*:
Étape 1
Preheat oven to high broil.
Étape 2
Slice 2 slices of bread and lay flat.
Étape 3
Spread a generous layer of pesto onto the surface of the bread slices so it covers the whole area.
Étape 4
Add the sliced Raclette on top of the pesto.
Étape 5
Then add the tomato slices.
Étape 6
Place in the oven and cook on high broil for 8 minutes.
Étape 7
Remove from the oven and let cool shortly before serving!
Tips & tricks
- Chili flakes or roasted garlic crumbles may be sprinkled to add flavor!

“This place is fantastic. Just happened upon it on a quick trip over the border from Vermont. Great cheese, French bread and service. We sat outside in their pretty picnic area and had a gourmet lunch (including some olives). They also sell a variety of other specialty items too. We just loved the whole experience! ”
