COVID-19: Our preventative measures
Dear valued customers,
Your health and safety is our top priority and we wish to inform you of the specific measures the Fromagerie Kaiser Inc. is taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
We take this virus very seriously and want to reassure you by revealing some of the measures adopted to help limit the spread of the virus:
We ask customers to favour contactless payment methods for purchases made in our establishment when possible. If this is not possible the interact machine and check out counter will be wiped and disinfected with Chorine regularly.
There will be no more cheese samples readily available until further notice. However, should you wish to try our products, samples can be given upon request.
We ask that when placing an order please refrain from leaning or touching the counter tops or scales. Our employee will be happy to assist you through the display glass.
As for washrooms and door handles, these are disinfected regularly. Please rest assured that our staff members wash their hands after every client interaction, which involves payment and all non-cheese merchandise and interactions.
Finally, we ask customers and our employees not to visit The Fromagerie if they are aware of having been in contact with a person affected by the disease or are showing symptoms related to the Corona Virus.
We take this very seriously and we are doing our utmost to keep our staff members and customers safe.

Absolutely the freshest, best tasting cheese available anywhere, hand made right on the farm, and available for purchase in an ultra clean, beautiful store on the farm. Friendly, helpful staff, allows tasting of various cheese. There are so many good ones, I could not possibly cover them all. Worth the trip to Canada if you up in Northern New York.
